We are a four-person tree company based in Great Falls, MT, and we grow slowly. We would rather stay a small crew that does careful, insured work across Cascade County and the neighboring counties than become a big one that cuts corners to keep up with the schedule. If you have done tree work, line clearance, storm cleanup, ranch work, fencing or shelterbelt renovation anywhere in central Montana and want to be on a crew where your name is on the job, we would like to hear from you.
Description: Support the crew with rigging, dragging brush, feeding the chipper, hauling debris, and site cleanup on daily jobs around Great Falls and the surrounding towns.
Qualifications: Physically able to do outdoor manual labor through windy Montana springs, sub-zero winters, and long days after a windstorm or a heavy wet snow comes through; valid driver's license; willing to learn safe procedures around chainsaws, chippers, and rigging. Prior tree, landscaping, fencing or ranch experience helps but is not required.

Description: Climb and rig technical removals and trims beside houses, garages and power lines, working with the owner and lead climber.
Qualifications: Hands-on tree-removal or climbing experience required; comfortable working at height in tall cottonwoods, spreading boxelders, and brittle dead elm; solid understanding of safe rigging practices and industry tree-work safety standards.
